A damaged bottom block on a 150-Ton Crane.  Notice the bent sheave (5th from the left). The hoist was double-blocked due to a faulty limit switch.  Fortunately, no one was hurt.  Our Technicians replaced the damaged sheave and repaired the limit switch.

This is an older 20-Ton capacity top running double girder crane we refurbished and put back into service at a Hollidaysburg, PA manufacturing facility, in their new addition.  Our Engineers worked with the building Designers and designed the new runway system which was then fabricated and installed by us.

Here we just finished setting this 5-Ton capacity, 55' span outdoor crane.  The hoist was equipped with stainless steel wire rope, sheaves, and drum to endure the harsh outdoor environment.
